Additional information: • Results are only guaranteed when recommended home care products and maintenance are followed. • Adding services such as haircuts, treatments, glosses, hair tinsel, or other upgrades to an existing appointment may result in additional charges and may require extra appointment time. • See my instagram highlights for free parking info 🖤 • When you arrive on the day of your appointment, let the front desk know you’re here for me or message me that you’re here. • I can’t always accommodate extra guests due to limited space. If you need to bring someone along, booking on a Sunday is best☺️ • A deposit is required for most services booked by first-time clients. Deposits are applied toward your appointment total and help reserve your scheduled time. • Discounted or complimentary “model” services provided in exchange for photo/video content are available to new clients for their first appointment only, unless otherwise specified. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required to book and will go toward your service total. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the service.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or arriving after the grace period will result in the loss of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and will not be applied to a future appointment.
